Tevatron New Phenomena & Higgs Working GroupEvidence for a particle produced in association with weak bosons and decaying to a bottom-antibottom quark pair in Higgs boson searches at the TevatronJuly 2012We combine searches for WH→lνbb, ZH→llbb, and WH+ZH→METbb using the full Tevatron dataset, with up to 9.7 fb-1 of data analyzed. An excess of data over the background is seen which is most significant in the mass range 120≤mH≤135 GeV/c2. The global significiance in the range mH between 115 and 150 GeV/c2 is 3.1 standard deviations (s.d.). The largest local significance is 3.3 s.d.. The local significance at mH=125 GeV/c2 of 2.8 s.d. We exclude at the 95% C.L. SM Higgs bosons with masss between 100 and 106 GeV/c2, with an expected mass limit of 116 GeV/c2.
